At SheLeads with Purpose, we empower women to step into their God-given potential and lead lives filled with intention, strength, and faith.

Guided by the values of a Proverbs 31 Woman, we inspire, equip, and support women through entrepreneurial development, leadership coaching, and skill-building programs. Our mission is to cultivate a generation of visionary women who lead with integrity, impact their communities, and inspire others to do the same. We foster a community collaboration where we all share our experiences, inspire one another, and pay forward success.

We are a 510(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping underserved women and women veterans.

Who are we?

We are a collaboration of nonprofit and for-profit business owners, mentors, and volunteers committed to making a difference.

Who do we do it for?

Although our primary focus is on Southern Dallas County, we also serve neighboring counties. In 2025 we extended our reach to Tarrant County.

Dedicated to empowering female veterans with the resources, funding, skills, and support needed to build and sustain successful businesses.

Technology Services/Workforce & Learning Hub

Workforce career certifications, use digital literacy workshops, tech mentorship programs, get ahead of the curve and learn to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to emerge in the workplace. Use online learning platforms, innovation labs, and support for tech startups.

Nutrition Services & Education

Provide after-school and summer meals. Our dedicated team provides balanced meals and engaging nutrition education to children and families in afterschool and summer programs, setting them up for a lifetime of wellness and success.
